There is a saying among track coaches, train fast run fast, train slow run slow.  The same is true for really any athlete – if you want to get better at something you need to practice at or above your competition level.

With this in mind, here is the traing program for professional crab walking.  The best starts around minute 7:30, but it is a worthwhile view for anyone needing a laugh.
